I know how you feel, I hate how my school, well old school, I just graduated to high school, but anyway, I hate how my old school takes up our phones, but unlike with your school, we have to pay $15 dollars and have a referral slip signed by our parents, and I know what you mean by it being torture, I hate it when I don’t have my phone.
my school gave up haha, we are allowed to have whatever device just not in class, although most of my teachers (old teachers, it’s summer) don’t care. except this one bitch ass teacher who hates me took my phone away because the alarm went off at like 11 am cause my blackberry’s time gets all fucked up all the time. other stundent’s phones have gone off during her class and she never took them away, just mine the WHOLE year! i turned it off & it has a password, though! sorry bitch! haha

ya texas has the same problem! ……… I was at a choir consert and the teach took it up, and it was stolen while it was on her. I got it back weeks l8r afterit was fucked up. grrrrr
we also have this rule only in Slovenia you are not allowed to have cell phone during the class, but during lunch or break you can text as many texts as you want.
what happened to you is so annoying but at least they paid for new phone. here they wouldn`t pay for new phone
Same here n Texas except the difference is your gardian has to come and pay $15 to get it out. And during the big state testing week they take everyones fone. If your caught with it or any device your test doesn’t get scored and they keep wutever you had for a week and litteraly go thru everything. They make you unlock everything. It’s such BS!

at my school its policy that they look through our phones all the time and if they see anything that’s sketch at all they search our cars…wtf
ok i have a story of my friend an he gave his phone to the teacher to hold as u can tell that teacher is the bomb digity and like 15 to 20 min. later i guess it wuz gone and i dont get why they just left it siting wide open on the desk…….not even a a dror or how ev u spell it lol like stupid lol:)
They may have took it to have shit on you ,
